The Jordanian Ministry of Education is a governmental body responsible for the education system at the primary, secondary, and higher education stages in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It was established under the name of the Ministry of Education in 1921 and became the Ministry of Education in 1956.

The Directorate in Aqaba Governorate provides educational services to students. The Directorate strives to raise and improve education in Aqaba Governorate, believing that the more a person possesses scientific means to look to the future and move toward it, the more he will be able to create and innovate for this future.
