Overview

JOHUD was established in 1977 when His Late Majesty King Hussein Bin Talal issued a Royal Decree for the creation of a fund to improve the lives of the poorest Jordanians. During the past years, the organization has evolved and grown to include several newer initiatives and institutional entities. JOHUD now consists of a broader institutional family, involving communities, professionals, centers of specialization, and national initiatives throughout Jordan.
